Lando’s Summer Baptism Celebration with BBQ Catering

This summer, we had the joy of catering for Lando’s baptism, a beautiful family celebration filled with laughter, sunshine, and of course, delicious food.

A BBQ Feast for Family & Friends

The heart of the celebration was a BBQ feast designed to bring people together over bold, comforting flavours. Guests enjoyed juicy cheeseburgers, succulent Cumberland sausages, tender and flavourful chicken souvlaki, and perfectly grilled sirloin steak — all cooked to perfection over the flames. To accompany these, we served roasted new potatoes with a light, herby finish, a crunchy Asian slaw with cashew nuts for a fresh, nutty bite, a classic tomato, basil and mozzarella salad, and a crisp, creamy Caesar salad. The combination of smoky, chargrilled flavours with vibrant, fresh sides created a menu that was both indulgent and balanced, satisfying every guest and encouraging seconds.

Sweet Endings

No celebration is complete without dessert, and our selection of sweet treats added the perfect finishing touch. Guests enjoyed a variety of options for both the chocolate lovers to those who prefer fruity and creamy.
