As we cater for a wide variety of events, we recommend securing your date as early as possible to guarantee we can be part of your celebration. We also understand that sometimes plans need to come together quickly — simply get in touch with our team as soon as you have a date in mind, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery fees and setup charges may apply depending on the distance from our kitchen to your event location and the complexity of the setup. If you require servers for the event, we will also provide an additional staffing fee. The same applies if you require tableware, or any bespoke additions to enhance your event and make it extra special.

For our Drop & Go delivery service, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Delivery is free for our neighbours with a EN4 postcode, £30 for deliveries within 6 miles, and £50 up to 10 miles. If you are further afield, our events team will happily provide a bespoke delivery proposal to suit your needs.

We can work in outdoor areas, depending on venue policies, onsite facilities, and access to power. On enquiry we will review all the requirements for outdoor or marquee events with you to ensure everything is feasible and can run smoothly on the day.

Yes, we ask that adequate on-site parking is available at the venue, or that accessible parking is provided nearby. This helps us ensure smooth set-up, unloading, service, and breakdown. Please note that any delays, fines, or additional costs resulting from insufficient or unsuitable parking will be charged to you.
