Celebrating Alan’s Summer Garden Birthday Party

This summer, we had the absolute pleasure of catering Alan’s garden birthday party for the third year running, a warm, sun-soaked celebration full of great company and great food.

A Feast for a Summer Celebration

The highlight of the day was a delicious BBQ buffet, designed to showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients while keeping the menu light, colourful, and perfect for outdoor dining.

• Aberdeen Angus beef burgers, juicy and perfectly seasoned

• Garlic king prawns, bursting with flavour and grilled to perfection

• Spit-roasted chicken thighs, tender and smoky

Sides

Complementing the mains were a variety of vibrant sides: roasted new potatoes with herbs, taramasalata with hummus and warm pitta, a creamy coleslaw, and a crisp garden salad featuring the freshest summer produce. Each element was designed to balance the smoky, savoury mains with freshness and texture, encouraging guests to plate up generously and enjoy the relaxed, celebratory feel of the garden party.

Desserts

No summer birthday is complete without a sweet finale! Guests enjoyed a classic strawberries & cream dessert, perfectly light and seasonal, alongside indulgent profiteroles, filled with creamy goodness and topped with chocolate. These treats provided a sweet ending to a sunny afternoon of celebration.
