For more substantial light bites, guests enjoyed grilled Italian chicken thigh burger sliders, delivering bold flavour in a compact, easy-to-eat format. Complementing this were herby chicken skewers, perfect for relaxed grazing throughout the event.
To add variety and a touch of spice, peri peri chicken skewers were served alongside classic prawn cocktail cups, offering a familiar yet elevated corporate catering option.
